I visited the Tottenham Court Store, where I found the sofa I was looking for (the Fitzrovia). The sales assistant Giuseppe, was most helpful and knowledgeable.
There was a slight delay to the original delivery date, when I contacted customer service they responded quickly, giving me the reason for the delay.
The delivery guys were were very efficient and professional in their job.
The sofa looks great and I am pleased with the Heals experience. I have now ordered an armchair from them.

Buying various items of furniture for a flat we have just moved into. Very helpful and friendly service from Doyin. He was careful to get the order right and went out of his way to ensure our needs for early delivery were met as far as possible. Plus the usual good range of well selected pieces which you expect from Heal’s.

Avoid. Advertising lights no longer in production. I paid them on 19th June. Well past the 10 day refund timescale and they haven’t tried to refund me the £534. The other light they did have has been sent scratched and looks like ex-display. Will be going to trading standards. Shocking they can do that to people. Ignoring my emails asking where my refund is.

05/07 - appalling response. You can take time to respond so why can you not refund me?

I bought a large Lars wardrobe from Heals recently. Although the price tag was quite high, the quality and design is beautiful. I’ve had comments from guests who assume it is from a luxury furniture brand.

We had it delivered and assembled on site. The man who did the work was super strong, careful with the house, and his work was immaculate.

Having been to the London store to look at other options I was really impressed by the quality of furniture overall.

Customer service and communication also went smoothly.

I rang up to see if some cushions were in stock at the red brick mill store because they’d sold out online and Dominic was super helpful. He arranged to post the cushions out to save me a journey which was great… couldn’t be happier with the service or the product !

I recently purchased the Anais table. Sid from customer services was very helpful and arranged the paperwork and a quick delivery. Everyone concerned was efficient, courteous and the end product is gorgeous.
